Biceps Work Out: Way of Getting the Robust Arms

  • Another exercise is dynamic tension:

  • Household items:  

It is an incredible way of constituting of weights and dumbbells. It takes a rucksack by filling the same with stones and doing a lift with it.

  3. I am a fitness freak and give almost 3 hr everyday to stay fit. I am not huge building machine but I love working on my arms. Recently I came to know about Grenadier Grip by Gunsmithfitness which is a simple equipment that can be attached in your barbell rod and it gives me pretty amazing result. Whats most important during the excercise is not to hurt yourself and I think due its use thick bar training spreads weight over larger area of the hand. This then ensures less stress on joints, less injuries, less imbalances and maximum results.

  4. Off course these are great. Nice article to be honest. Its been while working with same combination of weight but I am not gaining much mass in my body and even in arms. How about taking SARM? If you have any idea about the side effect of Ligandrol lgd 4033, please do let me know because I think I am gonna give it a try soon, will buy online probably. I have heard lot about this product and guys are taking this to increase lean muscle.
