Every human being should plan a workout plans to stay fit and attractive for a long period of time. There are various methods by which it can be practiced. There are various fitness programs which help and support to build your muscle and body fitness. On a standard rate in 12 days cycle there should be 4 days of rest. There should be 1 light workout and I heavy workout plans.
