To begin with weight training a home does not necessary means that there is short of time. There may be other reasons as well such as to cut down expenses of gym membership or the monotony of visiting the gym regularly. Whatever the reason be, it is absolutely possible to do weight training at home with

- Enough open space to stretch freely while training.
- Three sets of dumbbells
- Bench strong enough to provide resistance while working out
- Music system if possible
- Full length mirror in the room
With the equipment ready, hit the session with a target. Make a mental note of how much time you think is required for results. Now since you are alone, chances of cheating yourself is high. So to have a target is very much important.
Make small schedules, obviously the result too would be small but will be surely effective. Rather having a regime for weeks, make it for days.
