If you select the right triceps first, you need to place your left knee on the bench and place the right foot flat on the ground, meanwhile completely extending your leg. Then, you need to lean forward, grab the dumbbell and lift up until your elbow is at a 90-degree angle. Next, you need to extend your arm and flex your triceps. This is one of the most effective tricep exercises. You can repeat this exercise as many times as you want but you should remember not to over exercise.

Lying Barbell Extension

For this exercise, you need to select a barbell and find a flat bench. Lie down on the bench flat on your back. Next, you need to grip and then raise the barbell directly over your face, completely extending your arms. Now, you need to bring the bar down slowly, bending your elbow until a 90-degree angle is reached. After that, you need to extend your arms completely again. Repeat the exercise as many times as necessary.
